Exclusive: The Camera Closes for Iman Aly, Feroze, Sonya and Farhan starrer “Tich Button”

ARY Film’s next feature “Tich Button” has been making news for all the good reasons. From UrwaHocane venturing into film production and Farhan Saeed making his film debut to silver screen diva Iman Aly and heartthrob Feroze Khan returning to films after four years, “Tich Button” has received all sorts of news coverage.

After completing the schedule in Punjab and Karachi, the film’s unit flied to Turkey where they shot the final spell of the film. Just today, the morning of November 21st, the team has wrapped the final shoot.

Pakistani Cinema got a hold of director, Qasim Ali Mureed to have his word on film’s shoot.

“We just wrapped the final spell this morning. It was an eight day schedule here in Istanbul where we shot some important sequences with Iman Aly, Feroze, Marina Khan and other cast members. Also we have shot a song here too.”

Concerning pre-production, Qasim said, “Faiza (writer Faiza Iftikhar) and I have been planning this film for a long time and she started writing the script in 2017. After so much of pre production work, we finally took the film to sets in January in Punjab where we shot a major part of film in that first spell. Then there was a schedule for a song in Karachi that we shot last month in which Urwa will also be seen in a cameo appearance.”

Talking about content, Qasim says that it’s a musical film. In his words. “It’s based on the concept of compatibility as the title ‘Tich Button’ suggests. Its all about how two different individuals can or cannot be compatible for each other. But it’s a musical I would say, as it features seven to eight songs”.

“Tich Button” is expected to release in first half of 2020 with rumors suggesting the possibility of it to might release on Eidu-ul-Fitr.
