Fahad Mustafa is one star who has been on a prolific run since 2014, when he starred in the surprise box-office hit Na Maloom Afraad. The Mah-e-Mir actor has since appeared in no less than 5 films – a great many of them, such as Na Maloom Afraad 2, Actor in Law and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 doing exceedingly well. As if that were not enough, he has also lent his voice to the 3 Bahadur franchise, being a part of the last 2 installments of the series.
Well the latest on the actor is that in 2019 he has decided to take a sabbatical from filmdom, owing to his hectic schedule over the last couple of years where the “Load Wedding” star has been extensively busy with his production house Big Bang Productions, and has also been hosting for the popular game show “Jeeto Pakistan”.
This was revealed by the actor in an interview to Something Haute, where he also mentioned that he interestingly will not be a part of Nabeel Qureishi’s next production, which is set to go on floors within the next few months.
While we welcome the inclusion of a fresh, new member in the cast of Nabeel Qureishi’s films, we will miss the Lahasil star’s solid performances and the everyman’s sensibilities he brought to the screen.
All of this raises the next big question – who will be the male lead in Nabeel Qureishi’s next? Your guess is as good as ours, although the grapevine has been buzzing with a few names, one of them being the star of this year’s big budget extravaganza.
