Box Office: ‘Wrong No. 2’ Crosses 200 Million, Becomes Highest Domestic Grosser of the Year

Wrong No. 2 has emerged as the highest domestic Grosser of 2019, minting 20 Cr at the box office.

The Neelam Muneer starrer which made 11.05 Cr on the Extended Eid Week, finally touched the 20 Cr milestone. This makes it the highest grossing Pakistani film of the year domestically, coming in second place for global releases next to “Avengers: Endgame”.

Despite the new releases such as “Baaji” and “Spider Man- Far from Home”, the film has made 2.02 Cr in its third week at the box office, which means it still has potential to fill seats.

“Wrong No. 2” has become director Yasir Nawaz’s most successful feature at the local box office (Wrong No. earned 15 Cr and Mehrunnisa V Lub U earned 12.18 Cr). Film has proved to be the first entry by Yasir Nawaz and Hassan Zia in 20 crore club.
