Director Qasim Ali Mureed on Wednesday took to IG to announce his next. He posted a picture of a camera clap revealing the project’s title ‘Yeh Ishq’. The drama serial is produced by Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib of Six Sigma Plus Production. It will air on ARY Digital.
Qasim had tagged a bunch of actors who were part of the project. However, we at Pakistani Cinema asked Qasim for further confirmation. ‘Yeh Ishq’ is headlined by Ushna Shah, Sheheryar Munawar, Mah-e-Nur Haider and Shuja Asad. The supporting cast includes Shabbir Jaan, Kinza Malik, Sohail Sameer, Mahmood Aslam and Irsa Ghazal.
For the unversed, Mureed’s last outing Jaan-e-Jahan was also a Six Sigma production. As for ‘Yeh Ishq’, the casting combines young and experienced actors together. Let’s see how Qasim utilizes his actors to create something new and fresh.
