Ahsan Khan and Ayesha Omar’s “Rehbara” Enters Patchwork Phase; 2020 Release Imminent

Ahsan Khan and Ayesha Omar starrer “Rehbara” was announced back in 2017, but then news only came in patches and after very long waits. Thankfully, we now have confirmation that the film has been shot and is entering its Patchwork phase which will be completed in January.

Speaking to Pakistani Cinema, the director of film, Amin Iqbal revealed that they just have wrapped a short spell of patchwork in outskirts of Lahore. He also shared that there is another four day schedule that will be shot in Lahore in last week of January.

Besides Ahsan and Ayesha, film also stars Sarish Khan, Sohail Sameer, Hina Bayat, and Ghulam Mohiuddin. According to Ahsan Khan, the film is a light romantic caper with comic moments. However, he won’t label it as a romantic comedy.

“Rehbara” will be released in Summers 2020.
