“Luv Di Saun” is the long awaited Farhan Saeed starrer that has been in production since September 2020. It was supposed to be Imran Malik’s next film after “Azaadi”(2018), but pandemic related delays kept pushing it back.
Now, the film is finally locked for an Eid Ul Azha 2026 release.
Starring Farhan Saeed and Mamya Shajaffar, the film has been described as an homage to womanhood.
The teaser features several shots of the leading pair in the streets and rooftops of Old Lahore, the fighting pits, and abandoned sites. The narration by Farhan Saeed describes the dangers of love and how it could destroy you; pretty boilerplate stuff.
The teaser also features Babar Ali in an undisclosed role. This is the second film featuring the veteran that will be releasing on Eid Ul Azha this year.
Pakistani strongman Khan Baba, who became famous online for pulling trucks and crushing pots and pans with his bare hands also makes an appearance.
