Sajal Aly is undoubtedly one of those few names in the industry who has already established her mettle as one fine actor. Her currently on-air serial “Kuch-Ankahi” from ARY Digital is garnering rave reviews and her appearance in Jemima Goldsmith’s “What Love’s Got To Do With It” has further gotten her International exposure.
Wahaj Ali too is riding high on success of “Tere Bin” and “Mujhay Pyar Hua Tha”. His characters ‘Murtasim’ and ‘Saad’ in these dramas have made him a household name with him toping the twitter trends all across South Asia.
And before we could even start wishing for these supremely talented and equally celebrated actors to share the screen, it has come to our knowledge that it’s already happening. As per news published by local portal, the two will be seen together in a web series produced for Zee5. The series is written by Bee Gul and is directed by Kashif Nisar.
This will be the second time that Kashif and Bee Gul are collaborating since their 2021’s much acclaimed serial “Raqeeb Se”. This also will be Kashif Nisar’s second project for Zee5 after his Saba Qamar and Nauman Ejaz starrer “Mrs. Ans Mr. Shameem”. Sajal too has previously done “Dhoop Ki Deewar” for the same OTT platform.
The title of project is kept under the wraps for now. As per sources close to Wahaj Aly, the project has already been shot and will soon premiere on the OTT platform. Stay tuned for more on this and other exciting projects.
