2019 has been quite the year for Yasir Hussain. From proposing to Iqra Aziz at the Lux Style Awards, to signing a film opposite her (“Half Fry”), and then concluding the year with his wedding ceremony in December, he has remained in news throughout the year.
Now the latest about the “Karachi Se Lahore” star is that he has signed another film after “Half Fry” and with that, he will now be seen in two films in 2020.
A reliable source has informed Pakistani Cinema that Yasir Hussain has just signed director Syed Atif Ali’s film “Bhaag Bhootni Ke”. Syed Atif Ali had previously directed the 2018 horror flick “Pari”.
Talking of the film, the said project is a horror-comedy in which Yasir and Aadi Adeal Amjad, known for Faysal Qureshi’s morning show, will be playing the lead roles while Junaid Akhter and Nawal Saeed will play the romantic leads. The shooting of the film will begin on January 18 and it will be shot mainly in Karachi and Hyderabad.
“Bhaag Bhootni Ke” will be released later this year by Eveready Pictures. As per our source, the project will be shot in one spell and right after the 35-day schedule of this film, Yasir will start shooting for the second spell of Abu Aleeha’s film “Half Fry”.
