“Frozen II” and “Jumanji: The Next Level” have clearly won big at the Pakistani box office. Both films involve fantasy elements which appeal to children as well as adults.
Jumanji: The Next Level
“Jumanji: The Next Level” has emerged with a grander total overall, taking in over 10 Cr at the Pakistani box office in six weeks. In doing so, it became the 56th film to accomplish that feat in Pakistan.
Frozen II
“Frozen II” has demonstrated more staying power though, even though its total of 9.2 Cr is just shy of the 10 Cr goal. In theaters since late November while “Jumanji: The Next Level” came out in mid-December, Frozen II has managed to attract family audiences to the theaters for over 3 months now.
