Now the latest news that Pakistanicinema.net is bringing to you is that Shoaib Mansoor has locked the deal with distributor company Distribution Club and film is slated for release in September. Film is based around Pakistan Air Force and is therefore aimed to release in cinemas on 6th September, the Defence Day . The film will either release on September 6 or on the previous Friday, i-e, September 2.

The film stars Maya Ali and Emmad Irfani in lead roles and both have been tight-lipped about their roles and film’s subject. However, according to reliable sources of PakistaniCinema.net, the film revolves around the stand-off between Pakistan Air Force and Indian Air force in 2019 where an Indian pilot, Abhinandan Verthaman, was held captive by Pakistan and was later sent back to India safely. According to our sources, Emmad Irfani will be playing pilot Hassan Siddiqui who shot down two Indian fighter jets in 2019, while Maya Ali will be seen playing Indian journalist.

Shoaib Mansoor’s last film “Verna” was released in Nov,2017 and it could neither impress movie critics nor it could show any magic on box office. However, trade has still good hopes from the maker who previously gave us blockbusters like “Khuda Kay Liye” and “Bol”.
