With Distributor Locked, “The Legend Of Maula Jatt” to Release REAL SOON

“The Legend of Maula Jatt” is one film on which all the stakeholders of cinema trade and the cinegoers have put high hopes. The film boasts the biggest star cast of recent times with names like Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malick. Film’s teaser trailer was released back in 2018 and was expected to release in cinemas on Eid-ul-Fitr 2020. However, the film got delayed due to Covid-19.

Now that cinemas are functioning post pandemic and various local and Hollywood films have managed to bring good footfall to cinemas, there have been rumours in the trade from past few weeks that the film might release on 30^th September. While nothing can be said about the authenticity of the news, one thing which is confirm now is that the producers of film have locked the distributors for its release in Pakistan. According to EPK, the film will be released in Pakistan by Mandviwalla Entertainment, the same distribution company that has previously released biggest blockbusters like “Waar” and “Teefa in Trouble”.
