Ushna Shah and Adeel Hussain begin shooting their project together which is directed by Yasir Nawaz. Titled ‘Ghair’, the serial is written by Zanjabeel Asim and produced by Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib under their production company Six Sigma Plus.
Ushna Shah gave a sneak peak into her next project last night by sharing a photo of script on her Instagram story.
We then contacted Yasir Nawaz to know further about the project who revealed that the serial also stars Adeel Hussain besides Ushna and there is also another male character for which they haven’t decided a name yet. The serial also stars Shabir Jan, Farhan Ali Agha and Babar Ali in supporting roles.
This is Yasir Nawaz’s return to Six Sigma Plus as director after five years since “Khudgharz” (2017-2018). Since his previous projects as director with Humayun’s production, ‘Khudgharz’ and ‘Chup Raho’, received rave reviews, we asked if this again is some hard-hitting serial like the previous two? “Not at all. This one is an entirely commercial project. I hope people will like it”, told Yasir Nawaz while speaking to Pakistani Cinema.
Ushna Shah’s recent project ‘Habs’ was also with Six Sigma Plus that starred Feroze Khan opposite her and was a huge success. Besides that, one of the earliest scripts of Zanjabeel, ‘Saat Pardon Mein’ (2012) was also directed by Yasir Nawaz and one of Adeel’s most successful projects, ‘Shukk’, (2014) was directed by Yasir as well. With so many re-unions ‘Ghair’ certainly promises to be one project to look forward to.
