Geo Entertainment’s next project stars the veteran actor Faysal Qureshi alongside Dur-e-Fishan. The project is titled “Khai” and it is written by Saqlain Abbas and directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain and is produced under the banner of 7th Sky productions.
The project has already gone on floors. The announcement was made by Dur-e-Fishan through an Instagram post on July 9.

Dur-e-Fishan is on a roll these days. The actress who gave a blockbuster hit serial “Kesi Teri Khudgharzi” last year from ARY Digital, has just wrapped the first spell of Moomal Entertainment’s serial “Ishq Murshid” that stars her opposite the heartthrob Bilal Abnas Khan. And now before the second spell of this HUM TV’s project, she has already begin shooting for the Geo TV’s serial “Khai”.
Faysal Qureshi can be seen these days in ARY Digital’s serial “Hook”. Before that, he was seen in successful serial of GeoTV, “Farq”, opposite Sehar Khan. This will be the first time that Faysal Qureshi would be working with Dur-e-Fishan.
Director Syed Wajahat Hussain also has a good track record of successful projects with 7th Sky productions such as “Khuda Aur Mohabbat 3”, “Chaudhry and Sons” and “Ishq Jalebi”. Wajahat has also directed upcoming serial “Mannat Murad” for same production house that will star Iqra Aziz, Ali Rehman Khan and Talha Chahour among others.
