Basking in the success of ‘Bado Badi’, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan recently took to social media and gave the entire world a huge surprise. No, he isn’t coming up with a new song, in fact, he is ready to take the box office by storm with his cinematic debut ‘Sabaq’.
The announcement was made by Chahat himself on Twitter that read, “My first film, ‘Sabaq’, releasing on Eid Mubarak day, InshaAllah.”

The trailer doesn’t feature any big names as all the cast members appear one by one until Khan arrives himself. Carrying the entire burden of the film on his shoulder, Khan introduces himself with his signature line, “Croron dilon ki jaan, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, all the way from London [The life of a million hearts, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, all the way from London].”

The film highlights societal issues and digital fame wrapped around humor and Khan’s one-of-a-kind personality traits. The motto behind ‘Sabaq’ is to make the audience entertain on the festive occasion.
‘Sabaq’ is written and directed by Faraz Ahmed and produced by RRR Productions. Besides Khan, the film also stars Sana Saqib, Shabbo Gee, Kamil Malik, Saqib, Talib Kiyani, Mohammed Rashid and Faraz Ahmed.
