Fawad Khan, Sanam Saeed, Zara Noor Abbas to Star in Haseeb Hassan’s Film

There has been some excitement about rumors coming from different sources about Fawad Khan’s next project with Haseeb Hassan and now, it has officially been announced. Fawad Khan will be seen on the big screen alongside his “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” co-star Sanam Saeed. Besides Sanam and Fawad, the film also stars Zara Noor Abbas in the lead.

Hamdan Films confirms the title of the film as “Aan”. The film is written by acclaimed author Umera Ahmed and will be directed by Haseeb Hassan. It promises to be another hit by after “Parwaaz Hai Junoon”. Haseeb and Umera had previously also collaborated on a telefilm titled “Laal”. Their most recent collaboration has been the currently on air drama serial, “Alif”.

Speaking to Pakistani Cinema about “Aan” previously, Haseeb says that “it’s a perfect package of humor, extensive romance and emotions. Just a fragment of it is based on war and a period in history, otherwise it’s a current era film”.

The star cast and Haseeb Hassan’s track record justify the excitement around “Aan”, which will center on the Navy. In fact, it may just be a bigger hit than “Parwaaz Hai Junoon” which racked up 43 Cr worldwide, as Haseeb himself told Pakistani Cinema that “it’s a more powerful and uplevel project than Parwaaz Hai Junoon”.
