This Eid Ul Azha has been especially fruitful for Pakistani cinema. With the three local releases each raking in respectable totals from domesticdomestic and overseas markets, it’s not only a sign that local audiences are growing, but that there is a large market for local content in overseas.

Let’s have a look at these film’s performance in major overseas markets like UK, North America (USA and Canada), UAE and Australia.

Superstar (3 Weeks)

Mahira Khan starrer emerged as the winner in the UK market, grossing 2.92 Cr, but settled for a distant second place in North America with 2.08 Cr till the end of third weekend. Parey Hut Love (3 weeks)

“Parey Hut Love” conquered the North American box office with a return of 2.94 Cr till third weekend. It also placed a close second in the UK market with 2.72 Cr till Sunday. Heer Maan Ja (4 days)
