‘Daghabaaz Dil’ Box Office: Hits 50 Million Ceiling Over Eid Holidays

“Daghabaaz Dil”, Wajahat Rauf’s Eid release has emerged as a winner at the local box office, grossing over PKR 5 Cr.

The Mehwish Hayat starrer has taken advantage of the Eid holidays and earned higher and higher totals everyday. Grossing PKR 1.2 Cr, PKR 1.9 Cr and PKR 2.0 Cr on successive Eid holidays, Daghabaaz Dil has proved the Pakistani audience is still hungry for entertainers.

The film’s three day total of PKR 5.1 Cr is by far the largest of the past 6 months for a local film, surpassing the lifetime business of Yumna Zaidi starrer “Nayab” and Ayesha Omar starrer “Taxali Gate”.

If the initial grosses are any indication, “Daghabaaz Dil” will carry its winning streak over the weekend.
